Feedback is invited on the Family Violence, Sexual Violence and Violence within Whānau Workforce Capability Framework.
The framework has been developed as part of the Ministerial Group on Family Violence and Sexual Violence Work Programme. The purpose of the framework is to build workforce and community sector capability to respond safely and respectfully to people experiencing, affected by, and perpetrating sexual violence and violence in families and whānau.
The framework identifies the core capabilities that members of the workforce need to have to effectively deliver services, and to better collaborate and co-ordinate with each other.
You can view the draft framework and give feedback here (external link) . Consultation is open until 7 February 2017.
