
Sue van Daatselaar joined the team in May 2011 and is the Victims Centre manager. Sue brings a vast range of experience to the Victims Centre with a career spanning from social work and family therapy, to policy, research and evaluation roles in the social, education, health and justice sectors. Sue has a special interest in supporting services to continually grow, improve and innovate and facilitating service users to have a voice in decision-making. Sue is responsible for having oversight of the Victims Centre operation and the development of the Victims Code.

Hayley Moore joined the team as a Victims Centre advisor in January 2012 and has a background primarily in the legal sector as well as experience in improving business systems. Hayley is currently assisting stakeholder coordination to ensure successful working relationships are established and is eager to expand current communication strategies and strengthen existing services. Hayley is supporting the research programme and literature review.

Elizabeth Evans was appointed Victims Centre advisor in August 2011, and has a background predominantly based in family law practicing in the United Kingdom. Elizabeth enjoys collaborating across agencies to enhance service standards and improve quality controls of work. Elizabeth is heavily involved in monitoring services provided for victims funded from the Offender Levy. Elizabeth is responsible for the continual improvement of the victims information phone line together with the development of the VictimsInfo website.
