The Victims Centre has been set up by Government for a fixed term period until October 2012. At the end of this period, advice will be given to the Minister on whether a Victims Centre should continue and in what form.
We want to know what you think about how a Victims Centre could best serve the needs of victims and those working with victims. Please write your suggestions in the suggestion box below.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about a government or non-government service, you will need to contact the responsible agency and request a copy of their own complaints procedure.
The Victims of Crime Reform Bill will require justice sector agencies to have complaints processes and report annually (beginning in 2013) to Parliament with a summary of their services for victims and complaints received.
