Contact us if you need information about your case, have a general enquiry or want to give feedback 

Seeking information about your case

Please note that you can only ask about your own case and not someone else's. When you call, staff will ask for your full name, case number, and other details so they can make sure they give you the right information and support.

If you have been a victim of a crime and you have a court victim advisor, you can get information about your case.

If you have a general question, please share as much information as you feel comfortable providing. This will help us to find the right information and support for you.

It is optional, but helpful, if you can provide:

  • your name
  • your preferred email address or phone number
  • the region you live in
  • your case number if relevant
  • a brief description of your question/s.
